About Me

I am Alif, an IT Systems Professional and AI enthusiast based in Wollongong, NSW, Australia, holding a Master of Computer Science (Machine Learning & Big Data Analytics) from the University of Wollongong. I manage enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple brand entities, overseeing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, AWS, Route 53, and 3CX Phone System. My work spans device compliance, identity governance, DNS migrations, SSL provisioning, and branch-level support, backed by a strong discipline around documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management.

Beyond infrastructure, I design and build AI-powered applications and agentic workflows using the Claude API, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Microsoft Copilot. I have shipped Flutter mobile apps, deployed ML models, built WordPress plugins from scratch, and architected SharePoint environments for Copilot readiness.

My skill set sits across infrastructure (cloud, endpoint management, identity, telephony), development (Python, Django, Flutter, REST APIs), and AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic systems, Copilot integrations), and all delivered with a structured project coordination mindset through Jira-based service management.
